Administrative Assistant - Open until June 11, 2010
Superleagues Ball Hockey is looking for a part-time Admin assistant to help with Customer Service, member communication, event planning, and general administrative duties. This position will require about 10 hours per week to start, with the possibility of increasing to full time by March 2011 for the right person. The admin assistant will work from home and require their own computer with Internet access and a cell phone. Flexible working schedule allows for personal time, however some evenings and weekend work will be required. This is not a structured position with set hours. This position requires someone who is flexible, task orientated, and who can work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent Communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Be professional and accountable
